We work with housing departments and registered providers to source suitable properties to meet local housing needs across London, and parts of Kent and Surrey. Landlords letting through our scheme receive a fair rental income, paid every month even during voids. Included at no extra cost is our professional property management service, with everyday maintenance and repairs built-in.

Enjoy flexible lease periods from 3-7 years, and regular inspections to make sure your property is being taken care of in line with the terms of the lease. How it works

We’ve made it a breeze to get started letting your property through City Borough Housing and enjoying guaranteed rent for at least three years. Here’s how it works.

Free Valuation

All we need is your property’s postcode and number of bedrooms. We’ll make you an instant, fair rental offer that includes guaranteed rent payments, full property management, and repairs and maintenance for the duration of the agreement, as well as a promise to return your property in its pre-let condition, less fair wear and tear.

Property Inspection

We’ll inspect your property and let you know what’s needed to get it rental ready and safe for tenants. Compliance documents such as an Energy Performance Certificate, Landlord Gas Safety Report and Electrical Installation Condition Report will be requested, as well as any others that may be required.

Terms & Handover

Within 48 hours, providing your property meets our compliance requirements, we’ll agree contract terms based on a flexible lease period of 3-7 years. Your guaranteed rental payments begin from the contract date, and then it’s over to us to source tenants and manage the tenancy for the duration of our agreement.

Peace of Mind

Your property is safe with us. Now it’s time for you to become a hands-off landlord, free from the stress of day-to-day tenant management, the worry of rent collection and void periods, the expense of agency fees and maintenance and repairs, and the expense of returning your property to its pre-let condition.
